I think we all can agree that there is nothing like the smell of freshly ground coffee! I first tried the their Ethiopia Medium Roast. I don't like my coffee super strong but I do like a bold flavor. This roast was the perfect blend and I immediately fell in love with it. It had such a deep nutty flavor and it was almost chocolate-y! The next time I brewed a pot, I included a cinnamon stick in the filter and it really enhanced its velvety flavors. Although I always like to experiment with flavor, I highly recommend trying their coffee without any enhancements to fully experience all its wonderful flavors!
