I think we all can agree that there is nothing like the smell of freshly ground coffee! And really there is nothing like a good cup of coffee to get you started in the morning or to enjoy with dessert. When Rockin' coffee contacted me and sent me some free samples, I got to experience not just the smell and taste of a good cup of coffee but I got to experience a seriously rockin' cup of coffee!
I first tried the their Ethiopia Medium Roast. I don't like my coffee super strong but I do like a bold flavor. This roast was the perfect blend and I immediately fell in love with it. It had such a deep nutty flavor and it was almost chocolate-y! The next time I brewed a pot, I included a cinnamon stick in the filter and it really enhanced its velvety flavors. Although I always like to experiment with flavor, I highly recommend trying their coffee without any enhancements to fully experience all its wonderful flavors!
Rockin’ Coffee features custom-roasted artisanal blends of the highest quality fair trade Arabica coffee beans cultivated using organic, environmentally sustainable methods and picked at the peak of ripeness. The high-altitude, shade-loving Arabica beans mature more slowly allowing them to develop a more intense and sensuous flavor, far surpassing that of its sun-loving coffee cousins.
Each coffee blend offers an intensely personal experience. Using beans harvested from the best coffee producing regions in the world -- including Ethiopia, Indonesian Sumatra, and Guatemala -- Rockin’ Coffee’s roastmeister explores the nuances of each batch, then roasts them to perfection in micro lots. The beans are immediately packed and shipped, delivering rich, delectable aromas and the freshest flavor profiles highlighted by origin traits such as citrus, fruit, floral, spice or chocolate overtones specific to each coffee blend.
In addition to providing me with a sampler of coffee, they would like to provide one lucky reader with a free full size bag of your choice (a $14 value)!!! See details below!!
